The icebreaker
Ледокол
Based on a true story. The year is 1985 A huge ice berg is heading towards the icebreaker 'Mikhail Gromov'. Avoiding collision with it, the ship becomes ice-bound and ends up on a forced drift near the coastline of Antarctica. Ominous silence and the terrible cold surrounding them. Fuel is running low... nerves are on edge. And even if it was possible to leave, there's still nowhere to go. The commanders of the icebreaker could not afford any mistakes.
