DIRECTOR'S BIOGRAPHY:
Joe Penna is a Brazilian screenwriter and director.
He began his career online at a popular video hosting service. For the last 10 years, he has been running a YouTube channel dedicated to music videos and short films. Penna shot commercials for various companies, including «Coca- Cola», «Disney» and «Ford». «Meridian» starring Orlando Jones is his first short film. «Instant Getaway», his coursework, was produced by Ron Howard and Brian Grazer.
«Arctic» is Penna's full-length directorial debut, with Ryan Morrison, his partner and producer, as a screenplay co-writer.
